Nupur Phatak

Nuarsh TechServe was born out of my two decades of working closely with people, teams, and leadership across organisations. After spending over 20 years in the HR space—building systems, shaping cultures, and navigating real workplace challenges—I felt the need to create something of my own that helps businesses grow in a more practical, people-first way. I am an IIM Indore alumna with an MBA in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology. Over the years, my work has focused on strengthening the three pillars that truly drive organisations forward—people, policies, and processes. From reducing employee attrition to designing HR frameworks that work in real-world scenarios, my approach has always been centred on solutions that are clear, simple, and implementable. Through Nuarsh TechServe, I partner with organisations on HR consulting, recruitment, and soft skills training, supporting them at different stages of their growth journey. Whether it’s building HR foundations, hiring the right talent, or enabling teams with stronger communication and workplace skills, the intent remains the same—to help businesses operate with clarity and confidence. Alongside my consulting work, I actively engage with students and professionals as a guest lecturer, speaker, and trainer. I enjoy sharing real-world perspectives drawn from experience rather than theory, and I continue to learn just as much from these interactions. At heart, I’m a problem solver who believes every challenge has a solution—it simply needs to be viewed from the right lens. An HR professional by trade, creative by instinct, and a people’s person by nature, I strongly believe that meaningful growth—both personal and organisational—happens when we keep people at the centre of everything we do.
